4pm Yoga
7pm Bridge

Wednesdays: 9am strength training
10am coffee social
1pm Bridge

Thursdays: 9am aqua-motion
Tippers lunch (served at noon, call by noon the day before)
60+ Health Clinic on Jan. 24th
