President Obama will take the oath of office for his second term at 11:55 AM on Sunday, Jan. 20 during a private ceremony at the White House. On Monday, Jan. 21, the nation will celebrate the second inaugural with a massive ceremony on the National Mall that includes a second swearing in at the US Capitol, the Inaugural Luncheon, and the Inaugural Parade. In the evening there will be two official Inaugural Balls.
