War of 1812 Ecumenical Service At Perry’s Memorial – St. Paul’s Episcopal church will hold an inter-denominational service from the 1813 period at 9:00 am at Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial grounds. Period music and hymns by royal Newfoundland Regimental Band and The Black Swamp Inter-tribal Foundation will be performed at the service.

Muffins vs. Mossbacks Old Fashioned Baseball
Watch the Ohio Historical Society Muffins challenge Put-in-Bay’s Mossbacks. The baseball game will be played with the original, old-fashioned rules of baseball from more than a century ago. It will take place at the Put-in-Bay School Baseball Diamond at 2 pm. Sponsored by Miller Boat Line.

Patriotic Music by Local Favorites – Local performers will showcase musical talents and original works in honor of the Battle of Lake Erie Bicentennial at 3:00 pm on the back porch of Perry’s Monument Visitors Center. Confirmed musicians include: Westside Steve Simmons, Bob Gatewood, Ray Fogg, Pat Daley, J.D. Owens, and Mike “Mad Dog” Adams.
