Terry Jenkins, of Ohio Edison, reported a utility pole on Catawba Avenue was struck and snapped sometime during Saturday night, 14 December 2013. “There was no outage and there is no danger of electrocution,” said Mr. Jenkins. A chain hoist was used to hold the pole back until a mainland crew comes over to add a stub pole.
