HPH Mechanical Places Put-in-Bay Ice-Breaking on Hold

Mark Nowakowski, of HPH Mechanical, has confirmed the previously scheduled ice-breaking at Put-in-Bay is cancelled until further notice.  Mr. Nowakowski said the company is developing “Plan B” in order to attend to and appease local recreational interests who have voiced complaints and safety concerns.  He reported the company is doing everything it can to complete the marina project in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
