In spite of the game cancellation, more than twenty South Bass Island residents descended on Tipper’s Restaurant on Wednesday at 5:30 pm for dinner and an unofficial round of Euchre. A la carte steak orders, sausage sandwiches, as well as the pizza & salad bar buffet were popular meal choices. Card-playing began after dinner and lasted until 9:30 pm.
