The image below, taken at 7:11 pm this evening, revealed a heart-shaped figure where the Perry Monument’s night-beacon is located. The only processing on the photo was a switch to red neon. The nearly-full moon outline is visible just to the right of the monument. Valentine’s Day and the February full moon coincide tomorrow, 14 February.
