In an exciting round of high school basketball, the Put-in-Bay Panthers boys sealed a win against a determined Danbury Lakers team from Marblehead, Ohio. The half-time score favored the Panthers 20-8, but the Lakers put on a great scoring offensive during the second half. The final score was Put-in-Bay 36, Danbury 24. A solid community presence and the Put-in-Bay School Cheerleaders provided enthusiastic support. The Panther girls team played a later game against the Fairport Skippers.
