Around noon today, the German flagged vessel Brigantia (Hallberg-Rassy 48) arrived at Put-in-Bay, Lake Erie. The captain, Felix Höhener, and crew are members of GfS — Gemeinschaft fur Seefahrt, or “Fellowship for Blue Water Sailors.” Home port for the sailors include Hamburg, Germany, and several towns around Lake Constance, Germany.
