Put-in-Bay School presented the annual holiday concert on Tuesday night. Directed by Ms. Gay Pippert, students from Kindergarten through eighth-grade delivered enlivening and well-rehearsed performances. A superb blend of traditional and contemporary music, dynamic lighting (by Patrick Myers), and attention-getting stage choreography created a festive and entertaining evening for island residents. It was quite evident students at all levels put in many hours of practice, and that Ms. Pippert instructed her students with sincere dedication. The concert was a wonderful step forward to Christmas and the new year!
