Brilliant sunlight and mostly clear skies create a fresh and cheerful off-season disposition all around South Bass Island. The long stretch of gray, rainy days gives way to continuing hope for a frozen Lake Erie and plenty of time for ice-fishing. Indeed, the Miller Boat Line crews deserve a break, too!
