The forecast remains generally unchanged, with growing confidence of accumulating snowfall.

All eyes are on the next quick moving storm system moving into the west coast
Wednesday Night, expected to cross over the southern Rockies Thursday, and begin
to impact the local area as early as Saturday morning.For now, model consensus
moves the storm system into the Ohio Valley Saturday Night…

The big picture is there is a growing potential for plow-able snow across the
region with the highest snowfall rates Saturday afternoon and night. Subsequent
forecasts will nail down the specific placement…
By Sunday the low will move into New England and be replaced by the first
continental arctic air mass of the season. Bitter cold temperatures will infiltrate
the region Sunday with temperatures at or below zero Sunday Night.
The lake effect machine will begin to get going by Monday and likely continue into Tuesday.
