Put-in-Bay Blessing of the Fleet Sets Positive Tone for Season

Blessing of the FleetBlessing of the FleetCloudy skies and a fresh north wind did not hamper Put-in-Bay’s Annual Blessing of the Fleet.  Residents of the Bass Islands gathered at Fox’s Dock to witness participants on sea, land, and in the sky:  Perry’s Longboat, two vessels from Miller Boat Line, a Jet Express ferry, several private boaters, a Boardwalk Harbor Taxi, the Life Blessing of the FleetFlight helicopter, representatives and vehicles from the Put-in-Bay Volunteer Fire Department, Put-in-Bay EMS, and Put-in-Bay Police.  Rev. Mary Staley, Rev.
