* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots
  and waves 3 to 5 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
  Reno Beach OH and nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Reno
  Beach to The Islands OH.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
