The 40th Put-in-Bay Fall Bay Regatta continues this morning under bright skies and a southwest breeze ranging from 4 to 12mph.  George C. O Connell Fall Bay Regatta is sponsored by North Shore Pontoon Center and North Cape Yacht Club.
