Aerial Views Display Local Character

A morning flight aboard Island Air Taxi presents a good opportunity to catch the aerial views which define northwest Ohio’s coastline.  Pilot Dustin Shaffer and his wife, Chontel, own and operate Island Air Taxi from Put-in-Bay Airport (3w2) on South Bass Island. The Piper Cherokee Six with Club Seating carries five passengers or cargo. Flights can be scheduled from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week, year round.  Today’s images are from the 10:30am flight from Port Clinton to Kelleys Island to Put-in-Bay.  Photos by Donna Steinbach
