Put-in-Bay Arts Council presents “Breaking the News” on Saturday and Sunday, May 7 and 8, 2022.
On a simple stage with news desks and a school locker, the young players of Put-in-Bay create an unforgettable dramatic experience. PiBDaily visited play practice on Thursday, 28 April. The actors, directed by Katherine Woischke and Cc Wisnieski, deliver their lines with enthusiasm and remarkable characterization, and the action keeps the audience wondering what mysterious turn of events comes next! Throughout the performance, hilarious but poignant lines remind us that our world can be a conundrum. 
Come prepared to laugh loudly. Come prepared to marvel at exceptional young performers. Come prepared to leave rejuvenated and thankful the Arts Council is back in action!
