OSU Gibraltar Classcam, Tuesday afternoon, 31 May 2022

Following a chance of rain and thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday, the National Weather Service expects fair weather by the predawn hours of Friday morning as high pressure at/near the surface builds from the northern and central Great Plains. Daytime highs should reach the mid 60`s to lower 70`s and be followed by overnight lows in the mid 40`s to mid 50`s.

Fair weather is likely Friday through Friday night as “flat” high pressure aloft builds from the west and associated surface ridging continues to build from the central and northern Great Plains. Daytime highs should reach the upper 60`s to upper 70`s. Overnight lows should settle into the mid 40`s to mid 50`s. For context, normal highs are in the mid to upper 70`s and normal lows are in the mid to upper 50`s, respectively, for early June.
