Lake Erie Offshore Performance Association (LEOPA) was founded by a group of offshore enthusiasts in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan who shared a common passion for fast boats. Each year the group holds THUNDERFEST at Put-in-Bay. The 2022 event begins tomorrow at “B” Dock.
