Partly sunny skies, 53°F, and a blustery 23mph west wind envelope the annual Oktoberfest celebration at Put-in-Bay. The big tent festival is open until 7pm today and noon to 5pm on Sunday. Come sample a large variety of German food, including: brats, Wiener Schnitzel, sauerkraut, potato pancakes, spaetzle, apple dumplings, German Chocolate cake, cabbage rolls and sauerkraut balls. And don’t miss the Boardwalk Lobster Bisque stand!
