A slight overnight rain dance clears to the east of Put-in-Bay as islanders await the first taste of winter’s onset. Rain, snow showers, and temperatures dipping into the 30’s are on the way.
The NOAA advisory states, “A substantially colder air mass will enter the region next week, bringing temperatures 10 to 15 degrees below normal. Temperatures below freezing are possible starting Tuesday morning and persisting for several mornings through the week.”
