The area forecast discussion by the National Weather Service in Cleveland places Put-in Bay in line for a great weather week:
“A big warm up for the mid week period with temperatures a solid 10 degrees above normal for mid November. Highs Tuesday will range from the upper 40s to low 50s across NW PA and NE Ohio to the mid to upper 50s in NW Ohio, but highs in the mid to upper 50s are expected area-wide Wednesday with a few low 60s in NW Ohio.
Lows in the low to upper 30s Monday night and Tuesday night will moderate into the mid 30s to low 40s Wednesday night. The mildest lows will occur near the lakes-shore as is usually the case in the Fall months.
The abundant ridging will lead to dry conditions and mostly sunny skies through the period, so it will be quite the rare stretch for mid November.”
