Ferry service to Put-in-Bay will begin ramping up this week as the island prepares for the start of the 2026 season.
According to an update shared by Miller Ferry, limited trips will begin Wednesday, March 18. Departures from Put-in-Bay are scheduled for 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 3:30 PM, with boats leaving Catawba Island 30 minutes later.
Starting Thursday, March 19, the ferry will return to its regular printed schedule.
The resumption of regular ferry service marks one of the first major signs that the island season is approaching, with businesses, seasonal workers, and early visitors beginning to return to Put-in-Bay.
