Panther Volleyball Completes Season Sweep of Toledo Hornets

Put-in-Bay traveled to Toledo to complete the home-and-home season series.  The team looked to right the ship after two tough losses.

The Panthers traded the first eight points then senior Ava Heinenman responded by firing off 11 aces and the Panthers took the first game 25-13.  Sophomore Emma Michael started the Panthers off to a hot 6-0 start and it looked like the Panthers would coast to another easy victory.

The Hornets showed grit and took an 18-16 lead but Senoir Ava Heineman approached the service line and took the game home 25-18. In the third game, the Panthers worked hard and brought home a 25-15 victory.Put-in-Bay Volleyball

The win moves the Panthers to 3 wins and 2 losses on the year.  The Panthers return to action Thursday at Horizon Science Academy in Toledo.Put-in-Bay Volleyball
