South Bass Islanders Celebrate “Last Flight”

On an island where community support truly matters, Put-in-Bay residents gathered to honor the diligent efforts of those who serve and keep our life-lines open.  To recognize the winter air service provided by Island Air Taxi and Griffing Airlines, people came together at Put-in-Bay Airport (3W2) on the evening before Miller Boat Line begins seasonal ferry service to/from the mainland.  Thanks and praise go to Tom Griffing’s team and to Chontel and Dustin Shaffer of Island Air Taxi!
