Ice, Some Ice, Snow, No Ice, Fog . . . Is it Really March?

Again,  Lake Erie weather captures the headlines. The National Weather Service report for Wednesday says, “TEMPERATURES WILL STRUGGLE TO GET OUT OF THE 20S.”
