Kayak The Bay, 1/2 mile west of the Jet Express Dock on South Bass Island, offers single and double kayak rentals, as well as guided tours. The helpful and friendly staff ease you into a suitable kayak with proper life jackets and helpful suggestions on what to see while paddling your way across Put-in-Bay. If you are lucky, you will meet owner Vicky Wigle and hear wonderful tales of island hopping adventure. Ms. Wigle’s operation was recently featured in Toledo’s The Blade newspaper.
