Mid-Summer Splendid at Put-in-Bay

Mid-Summer’s Day at Put-in-Bay reveals a multitude of excitement and activities.  Not only is the Jeep Invasion making a significant presence, but the Middle Bass Island Music Festival draws a great crowd, too.  The streets of South Bass Island are filled with visitors in golf carts, bicycles, and motorbikes.  Perry’s Monument has a healthy line of visitors waiting to see the view from the third tallest U.S. Memorial, and Put-in-Bay harbor has many adventurers on boats and ferries.  The weather is typical for July, with temperatures in the 80’s and a pleasant breeze.  This is summer at The Bay for sure!
