The Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, appeared over Lake Erie last night and were visible from several points around South Bass Island.

All images were captured by Donna Steinbach from a clear vantage point near East Point’s Scheef Nature Preserve and on Conlan Road around 10:30 p.m.
