Put-in-Bay Basketball Earns First and Second Place at Great Lakes Tournament

Put in Bay wins Great Lakes Islands Tournament

Put-in-Bay School’s Lady Panthers basketball earned first place with a 3-0 record at the Great Lakes Islands School Tournament held on Beaver Island this weekend.  The boy’s team came in second place with a 2-1 record, just behind the winning Beaver Island boys.  High school basketball teams from Beaver Island, Put-in-Bay, Mackinac Island, and Washington Island, Wisconsin, participated.
