Rainy Put-in-Bay Still a Busy Construction Arena

“Inhospitable!” is how some describe the weather conditions which continue to hamper effective progress on the Village Marina refurbishment.  Nonetheless, The Tug “Bessie B” was on the move today, tending to necessary chores.  Workers donned yellow slickers in an attempt to keep dry.  Unfortunately, the National Weather Servicer forecast calls for rain and snow showers on Tuesday.
