A massive dose of fun is floating into town this August. The World’s Largest Rubber Duck, known as “Mama Duck,” will make her Put-in-Bay debut for a free three-day event on August 1, 2, and 3, 2025.
Towering at 61 feet high and stretching 74 feet long, the inflatable icon will be stationed at a public viewing area near the Put-in-Bay Airport, at the corner of Meechen and Langram Roads. She’ll be joined by her 10-foot-tall inflatable duckling, Timmy.
The event is designed for all ages, with family games, food vendors, duck-themed memorabilia, and photo ops galore. A special edition “Don’t Give Up The Ship” rubber duck souvenir will also be available.
Admission is free, and visitors are encouraged to stop by throughout the weekend. The event is presented by the Put-in-Bay Perry Group and Miller Boat Line.
