Bash on the Bay 2025 Closes with Unforgettable Day 2 Performances

The second and final day of Bash on the Bay 2025 delivered an unforgettable night of music at the Put-in-Bay Airport, capping off two days of high-energy performances and island-wide celebration.

The evening opened with Preston Cooper and Austin Williams, setting the tone with crowd-pleasing sets that got festivalgoers on their feet.

Bret Michaels followed, instantly winning over the audience with his signature charisma and a heartfelt tribute to Put-in-Bay. The rock icon expressed his love for the island, telling fans how happy he was to be back performing on South Bass Island.

Country star Russell Dickerson kept the energy going, sharing his appreciation for Ohio and the warm welcome he’s received throughout his career. His upbeat performance kept the crowd singing along from start to finish.

The night – and the festival – ended with headliner Sam Hunt, whose setlist blended his biggest hits with intimate acoustic performances. Hunt shared stories from his early songwriting days, including how he penned “Cop Car,” made famous by Keith Urban. The mix of stripped-down storytelling and full-production favorites showcased the depth of his artistry.

As the final notes rang out, Hunt left the stage to roaring applause, closing Bash on the Bay 2025 in what many fans called the perfect ending to an incredible two-day lineup.
