Every Summer Has a Story–Capture Yours at Country House!

For each of us there is a special summer story which rekindles the joy, excitement, and laughter of bygone days. The wonderful part of this is that we can generate fresh and enlivening experiences when we build on a foundation of life enthusiasm which supports the creation of new memories.

The Bass Islands in Lake Erie, and particularly South Bass Island, have a vibe which calls us to enjoy nature, good times with friends and family, and outdoor escapades. These elemental factors remain the primary features of summer stories.

Being human, it soothes and pleases us to collect mementos that frame and highlight the meaning-making which comes from experience. This part of our character is most easily satisfied with a visit to Country House on Delaware Street in the Village of Put-in-Bay!
