Griffing Flying Service Delivers When Ferries Can’t

Amidst continuing flurries, gusty winds, and cold temperatures, the Miller Boat Line dock on South Bass Island looked forlorn.  Meanwhile, Tom Griffing enjoyed the warmth of Put-in-Bay Airport terminal and the opportunity to provide islanders with a late-afternoon medical prescription delivery.  When thanked for his service, he replied humbly, “My pleasure.”
