Gut-wrenching Awakening for Put-in-Bay Boater

An unfortunate story unfolded at Put-in-Bay on Sunday morning when the owners of a boat left on a mooring ball was discovered submerged.  Rescue Marine responded and remedied the situation appropriately.  The cause of the sinking remains to be determined.
