Ice Diamonds and Snow Return to Put-in-Bay
Just like that Put-in-Bay finds itself inside a cheerful, blue-sky snow-globe with a diamond glaze! Fortunately, overnight freezing rain and sleet did not cause power issues, and the 3/4″ snow put a refreshing coat on yesterday’s mush. Outdoor activities resume, though the South Bass Island Lighthouse reports a 3pm temperature of 20.5F, with a wind chill of 11.7F. Happy weekend, everyone!
