Miller Boat Line Returns Islanders and Workers to Regular Routines
On the first full day of spring service between South Bass Island and the mainland, Miller Boat Line provided a much-needed return to regular traffic patterns. Construction workers, home service businesses, a policeman, and shoppers did not mind the dreary weather because travel was no longer a challenge. Several ferry patrons remarked how good it was to hear again the ship’s whistle.
