Put-in-Bay School Students Experience NASA Mission Control

Put-in-Bay School enrichment teacher, Linda Rence, reports:

These Put-in-Bay School math & science enrichment students received a special visit from NASA’s Flight Controller Caroline Kostak. Students completed many hours of training as a Nasa Space Station Flight Controller and on May 19th they participated in a Mission Control Simulation. Pictured next to Caroline Kostak, from left to right are: Emily Levine (Chill), Elena Schroeder (Brain), Nora Ladd (Link), Blake Booker (Skipper), Max Schneider (Juice), and Joe Byrnes (Life). The program enabled students to experience technical and life skills in an out-of-this-world-way!
