Topsy Turvey Scene for Polar Plunge Recorded at Put-in-Bay

These frame-captures from a St. Patrick’s Day video by Kelly Mohn confirm a polar plunge took place outside of Topsy Turvey Bar on Put-in-Bay.  Reports indicate there were six participants, and video and still shots are available on several islanders’ Facebook pages.
