* WINDS: SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 25 KNOTS BY WEDNESDAY
  MORNING AND THEN TO 35 KNOT GALES WEDNESDAY EVENING. SOUTH WINDS
  WILL SHIFT TO SOUTHWEST TODAY AND WEST TONIGHT. WINDS WILL
  DIMINISH ON THURSDAY.

* WAVES: THE WESTERN BASIN OF LAKE ERIE IS MOSTLY ICE COVERED.
  STRONG WINDS AND WARM TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN DETERIORATING
  AND SHIFTING ICE TODAY.
