Miller Ferry Cancels Tuesday Afternoon Operations

Strong southwest winds, clocked at 40 knots (46mph) at South Bass Island Lighthouse at 1pm, prompted Miller Boat Line to cancel afternoon operations.  The last run left Catawba at 11:55am.  The William Market sailed around the east side of South Bass Island for a stop at Middle Bass Island, and then delivered remaining passengers and vehicles to Put-in-Bay.  Photos by Donna Steinbach
