Photos taken during Captain Dustin Shaffer’s last flight on Friday evening show an ice-free western basin of Lake Erie. The jaunt from Port Clinton to Put-in-Bay, aboard Island Air Taxi, included a brief stop on Middle Bass Island. No doubt, the aerial views will fuel boating fever!
