Put-in-Bay village, on South Bass Island, was the scene of reckless and offensive behavior this past weekend. Yesterday, Judy Berry, Mayor, sent out the following letter. While it does not present any specific details, it acknowledges the Village once again encountered circumstances for which the local police force was not prepared. This is an ongoing concern of severe significance for island residents and business owners, many of whom are at a loss for how to bring about constructive change.
