This idea started as a bit of a joke . . . but why not?
To celebrate the end of flying season and beginning of ferry boat season I’d like to have a quick get together at Put-in-Bay airport at 6 tomorrow night for a “Final Flight/First Boat” event. Griffing planes and I will do a group flyover. The PiB Fire Department will be there as well for a water cannon salute as is tradition in aviation. Come down and have a hangar beverage to bring on the 2022 summer season. We really appreciate everyone’s support and are grateful to be a part of this community!
