Low pressure will be in southern Ohio today with high pressure
building over the upper lakes. As a result, northeast winds will
increase to 10 to 20 knots through afternoon Sunday. Nearshore
waves along the western and central basin will build to 3 to 5
feet with occasional waves over 6 feet.

A Small Craft Advisory is issued when waves of 4 feet or more are
expected or wind speeds reach 21 to 33 knots which may produce
hazardous conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels...should stay in port
during these conditions.
