George C. O’Connell Fall Bay Regatta, sponsored by North Cape Yacht Club, continues Sunday morning as nor’easterly 11mph winds greet sailors exiting Put-in-Bay Harbor. Bright sunshine and enthusiasm should help participants overcome an air temperature of 62°F.
