“Halloween at the Bay” Will be a Soaker

Put-in-Bay weekend weather forecast looks to be dreary for Halloween at the Bay.

The National Weather Service reports,

A wet and cool weekend is in store for the region. Initially
low pressure to the southwest will approach and then merge with
a developing coastal system which will be quickly followed by a
clipper system dropping in from the northwest on Sunday. The
air mass over the region will remain warm enough to produce only
liquid precipitation across the region.
