A long-standing tradition returns to action on the western basin of Lake Erie tomorrow afternoon and night. Sponsored by the Toledo Yacht Club, the Invitational Mills Trophy Race is a test of navigational skill as sailors select one of three competitive courses from Toledo Harbor Light to Put-in-Bay, South Bass Island. 124 entrants are currently on the start list.
