The National Honor Society at Put-in-Bay School is collecting school supplies that will be distributed to at-risk students in the Dayton Region through the Crayons to Classrooms Organization. All items will be given to teachers in the area free of charge.
Supplies will be collected April 5th to April 19, 2024. The boxes collecting supplies will be located at Put-in-Bay School entrances and the Island General store.
Acceptable items include:
- Backpacks
- Colored pencils
- Crayons
- Facial tissue
- Folders
- Glue/glue sticks
- Markers
- 70ct spiral notebooks
- Index cards
- Filler paper
- Pencils
- Children’s scissors
- Construction paper
